Job Title :Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (PTP)

Job Summary:-

1. Role Overview

The Functional Consultant (PTP) will play a key role in the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement using Oracle Fusion PTP. This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and validating Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with procurement policies. The Functional Consultant will collaborate closely with solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure PTP processes are optimized for efficiency and scalability. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with the Discovery phase. Based on performance during Discovery, the role may be extended into subsequent phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

2. Duration: 12 weeks (Discovery phase, with potential extension based on performance into build, go-live, and hypercare phases of the 2+ year program)

3. Location: Onshore (US)

4. Key Responsibilities

5. Lead workshops to capture business requirements for Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes in Oracle Fusion.

6. Document baseline business processes, Fit/Gap analyses, and functional requirements for PTP areas.
7. Design functional configurations for Oracle Fusion PTP, including procurement, supplier management, invoicing, and payments.
8. Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure integration requirements for PTP processes are well-defined.
9. Support development of configuration workbooks, testing strategies, and functional design documents for PTP deliverables.
10. Assist in validating RICEW inventory items tied to PTP functionalities.
11. Engage with business stakeholders to validate design decisions and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
12. Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and change management processes during Discovery.

13. Provide knowledge transfer and readiness support for subsequent project phases.

14. Required Skills & Experience

15. Overall IT experience of 15+ years with 5+ years in leading Oracle Fusion PTP Deployment, 7 years in leading Oracle ERP (EBS/PeopleSoft) solution.

16. Proven expertise in implementing Oracle Fusion (PTP) modules.
17. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion PTP processes including procurement, supplier management, invoicing, and payments.
18. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, testing, and reporting in PTP areas.
19. Ability to document, validate, and align functional requirements to business objectives.
20. Experience in managing RICEW validation and traceability for PTP deliverables.
21. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
22. Exposure to global ERP transformation programs focusing on procurement and finance.
23. Relevant professional certification required (Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Consultant, PMP, or equivalent).
