Job Title :Solution Architect (Oracle and Recvue)

Job Summary:-

1. Role Overview

The Solution Architect (Oracle and Recvue) will be accountable for providing solution leadership during the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement using SaaS platforms (Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue). This role focuses on aligning business needs with technology solutions, supporting design workshops, and ensuring deliverables are consistent with the target enterprise architecture. The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical leads, and client stakeholders to shape solution design and integration decisions. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with the Discovery phase. Based on performance during Discovery, the role may be extended into subsequent project phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

2. Duration: 12 weeks (Discovery phase, with potential extension based on performance into build, go-live, and hypercare phases of the 2+ year program)

3. Location: Onshore (US)

4. Key Responsibilities

5. Provide architecture leadership during workshops covering Oracle ERP Cloud (AR, AP, CM, FAH, GL) and RecVue design areas.

6. Review and validate solution strategy documents, design assumptions, and technical dependencies to ensure alignment with SaaS platform capabilities.
7. Collaborate closely with functional consultants (Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue) to align Fit/Gap outcomes with enterprise solution design.
8. Ensure requirements are mapped to solution components and documented in design artifacts across Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue.
9. Guide creation of baseline functional and technical design documents and confirm consistency with RICEW inventory.
10. Support definition of governance, quality criteria, and testing strategy from an architecture perspective.
11. Identify risks, dependencies, and cross-platform impacts across SaaS applications and ensure traceability in RTM.
12. Engage with business and IT stakeholders to validate technical feasibility and align on key design decisions.

13. Support integration strategy and architecture definition for Oracle ERP Cloud with RecVue and other enterprise systems.

14. Required Skills & Experience

15. Overall IT experience of 17+ years with 5+ years in leading Oracle Fusion Deployment as solution architect, 10 years in leading Oracle ERP Deployment (EBS/PeopleSoft).

16. Proven experience in large-scale business transformation engagements using SaaS platforms (Oracle ERP Cloud (AR, AP, CM, FAH, GL) and Recvue).
17. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules (AR, AP, CM, FAH, GL) and integration frameworks (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI).
18. Experience with RecVue platform design, configuration, and API-based integration is highly desirable.
19. Hands-on expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks and design governance in SaaS environments.
20. Ability to integrate functional and technical designs into a cohesive Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue solution.
21. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
22. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with exposure to global transformation programs.
23. Relevant professional certification required (Oracle ERP Cloud Architect, TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent).
