Business Development Executive

duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, serving as the face of the company and presenting the company's value proposition.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations that showcase the company's capabilities and solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including pipeline and forecast data, in the company's CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients.
- Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.
Responsible for branding, advertising, company events and promotional collateral
- Maintain a constant awareness of client demands, competitiveness, and industry trends.
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Ability to think critically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience using a CRM system and familiar with sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be a self-starter with problem-solving skills
