We are seeking a Relationship Manager to nurture and sustain trusting relationships with our customers. You will play a key role in helping us outperform our competitors and uphold our company's positive reputation.

To excel in this role, you must be an exceptional communicator, capable of collaborating with sales and marketing teams while building strong connections with customers. We are looking for a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Your ultimate goal will be to maintain robust relationships with our clients to enhance our brand and profitability in the long term.

Responsibilities

  • Converting prospects into qualified customers
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
