  • Monitor and analyze government procurement portals, tender bulletins, and e-procurement platforms for telecom-related tenders.
  • Evaluate tender opportunities based on feasibility, alignment with business goals, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (legal, technical, finance, operations) for bid preparation and compliance.
  • Prepare and compile complete bid documents including technical, commercial, and administrative sections.
  • Ensure timely submission of Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and other tender responses.
  • Liaise with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and regulatory bodies to clarify tender specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of submitted bids, status tracking, and post-bid follow-up.
  • Assist in negotiations, contract finalization, and handover to the execution team.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in telecom regulations, public procurement laws, and government policies affecting the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in government tendering, preferably within the telecom sector.
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and telecom products/services (e.g., WABA, RCS, SMS).
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end tender processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with e-procurement platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and other state-specific portals
