We are expanding and seeking a dedicated backend specialist to support our sales operations.

Role Overview

The candidate will manage all activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform and provide backend support for the sales function, including work on Zoho when required. The role reports to the Channel Sales Manager – India and involves close coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and monitor GeM portal activities (listings, bids, compliance, orders, documentation).
  • Provide backend support to the sales channel across India.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in GeM data, pricing, product specifications, and catalog compliance.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for bid-related documentation.
  • Handle Zoho CRM/backend tasks for data entry, updates, reporting, and sales support.
  • Support MIS, follow-ups, and backend coordination for the Channel Sales Manager.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time with strong attention to detail.
  • Assist in testing new machine software updates when required

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with the GeM portal (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM/Zoho backend (preferred).
  • Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
