Co-Founder Opportunity (Noida) – DropShipping & GeM Portal Tender Startup

We are a fast-growing Noida-based startup building an innovative ecosystem around
DropShipping, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tender fulfilment, multi-vendor supply chains, and B2B commerce enablement
. As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a
Co-Founder
who can join us at an early stage and help scale operations across India.

This is a
zero-salary, profit-sharing
founding role—ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Co-Founder who can invest
time, effort, and leadership
to build and scale our business. The ideal candidate will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team, lead operations, develop vendor networks, manage DropShipping workflows, and handle GeM tender opportunities.

This role involves
field work, extensive research, government-department liaison, vendor coordination, onboarding suppliers
, and scaling profitable business lines.

This is a perfect fit for someone who wants to prove their capability on the ground, create systems from scratch, and eventually lead a high-growth business vertical.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Expansion & DropShipping Operations

• Identify trending products, evaluate suppliers, and manage full DropShipping cycles across Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms.
• Optimise product listings using data-driven conversion metrics and market trends.

2. GeM Portal Tender Management

• Identify tenders, analyse eligibility, coordinate documentation, and manage end-to-end bidding.
• Build relationships with government departments and PSU procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement norms.

3. Liaison & Partnership Development

• Build strong networks with:
• Manufacturers & wholesalers
• Logistics companies
• Payment and e-commerce solution providers
• Government departments (procurement, warehousing, supplier onboarding units)
• Explore emerging opportunities with MSMEs, Startups, Incubators, Export Councils, and District Industries Centres (DIC).

4. Research, Strategy & Market Intelligence

• Conduct in-depth research on high-potential categories, margins, procurement cycles, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyse global and Indian DropShipping benchmarks—India's cross-border e-commerce is projected to reach
  USD 111–129 billion by 2027
  , providing strong headroom for scalable models.
• Track GeM Portal's growth—over
  ₹4.66 lakh crore GMV in FY23–24
  , making it India's largest unified procurement platform.

5. Travel for Business Development

• Meet vendors, government officials, channel partners, and suppliers across NCR and other states when required.
• Participate in exhibitions, supplier meets, and MSME events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in
  IT, E-Commerce, Product Management, Computer Applications, Supply Chain or Business Operations
  .
• Strong entrepreneurial DNA—ready to work without a fixed salary in exchange for
  equity/profit-share
  .
• Comfortable travelling and working on-ground for operations, vendor onboarding, and government liaison.
• Ability to manage multiple verticals and responsibilities independently.
• Freshers with strong energy and learning mindset are also welcome.

Location

• Full-time, On-Ground Role – Noida (Sector 32A Near Noida City Centre )
• Candidates willing to relocate are welcome.
