Client Service Executive

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Sales Department (B2B/B2C preferred).
- Minimum 68% marks in 10th and 12th.
- Minimum 55% marks in Graduation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsible for acquiring new business clients through direct sales and field visits.
- Generate leads, identify prospects, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Promote IndiaMART's online marketplace services and solutions to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and convincingly.
- Handle client queries and provide suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities, client interactions, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,826.81 per month
