About The Role:

The Client Servicing Manager will be the key link between clients and The Wise Owl's internal teams. This role demands a proactive communicator who understands business objectives, coordinates creative and digital efforts, and ensures smooth delivery of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary communicator between clients and the agency.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for the creative, content, and media teams.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
  • Present campaign performance reports, strategy decks, and insights to clients regularly.
  • Anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions and ideas.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and agency standards.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets efficiently.
  • Support in new business pitches and client retention efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to digital marketing and media planning.
  • Understanding of campaign analytics and performance tracking.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
