JD for Senior Relationship for Channel Head - Role & responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches.

Handle Sales team of a particular State/Region as a whole which includes Area Managers, Cluster Managers and Front Line Sales Team.

As the Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager, so (s)he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches.

Engage the employees of the bank branches / Regional / Zonal office/in regular discussions to enhance their knowledge about insurance, product offerings and understand their issues/concerns about selling insurance (if any).

Identification of potential partners with Preliminary meetings within existing partnership and Drive Business agenda and Sales.

As the Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager, so (s)he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff Ensure that all service and sales related requirements are met, and partners are satisfied and motivated to do business and drive sales.

Engage the employees of the bank branches / Regional / Zonal office/in regular discussions to enhance their knowledge about insurance, product offerings and understand their issues/concerns about selling insurance (if any).

Identification of potential partners with Preliminary meetings within existing partnership and Drive Business agenda and Sales.

Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others
