Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented IT Software Support Executive to deliver first-level technical and functional support to clients using Tally ERP / TallyPrime. The role includes assisting clients with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, report setup, and user training to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support for Tally software users.
  • Assist with installation, activation, data migration, and data backup activities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software errors, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Address customer queries related to GST, invoicing, reports, ledgers, and general accounting usage.
  • Maintain structured documentation of all support tickets, issues, and resolutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions for new features, modules, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with the Tally Care Team for escalations, patches, or identified bugs.

Preferred Attributes

  • Tally Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to manage multiple queries under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
