Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
