Job SummaryThis is not an L&D or classroom role. You will be a real-time sales coach, on the ground, training and transforming inside sales executives across multiple gym locations daily. We need someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-heavy sales environments (think PolicyBazaar, BYJU'S, Cars24) and knows how to make people close.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily training across 3–4 gym locations per day (rotationally). Deliver on-ground, live coaching on:Telephonic and walk-in pitch delivery

Objection handling & closure negotiationWhatsApp follow-ups & lead engagement

Referral pitching and upselling for renewals

Spend 2–3 hours per gym shadowing, auditing calls, and giving performance feedback.Run roleplays and live sales simulations to improve skills.Identify struggling team members and build custom action plans for them.Align regularly with Cluster Heads and Sales Managers to report training impact and performance gaps.Who Should Apply?2–5 years of experience in inside sales training/performance coaching

Past experience in edtech, fintech, insurance, fitness, or high-ticket B2C industries preferred

Must love fieldwork and frontline engagement — this is NOT a desk job

Strong command over customer psychology and sales communication

Can confidently take charge of performance transformation for 50–100 sales reps
