About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and Technical Account Manager to support and

grow our customer base in India for our high- and low-speed Protocol Analysis Solutions. This techno-commercial role requires managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth in India's semiconductor and electronics markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts in India, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive new business development and identify potential clients in semiconductor, storage, and embedded markets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as per assigned budget and business plans.
  • Present and position Prodigy's differentiated protocol analysis solutions effectively to technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements, align them with product capabilities, and lead the evaluation and closure process.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for Account management/ lead generation.
  • Work closely with internal teams on customer feedback on product enhancements.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting and business reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel within India as required (occasional international travel if needed).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of overall experience in technical sales or account management in T&M, EDA, or semiconductors.
  • Deep technical understanding of Protocols like Flash Memory, DDR, SSD, SD Card, eMMC, UFS, PCIe, etc.
  • Proven track record in capital equipment or B2B technical product sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Experienced in leveraging CRM platform to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.
