About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and Technical Account Manager to support and
grow our customer base in India for our high- and low-speed Protocol Analysis Solutions. This techno-commercial role requires managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth in India's semiconductor and electronics markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts in India, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive new business development and identify potential clients in semiconductor, storage, and embedded markets.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as per assigned budget and business plans.
- Present and position Prodigy's differentiated protocol analysis solutions effectively to technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements, align them with product capabilities, and lead the evaluation and closure process.
- Coordinate with marketing team for Account management/ lead generation.
- Work closely with internal teams on customer feedback on product enhancements.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting and business reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Willingness to travel within India as required (occasional international travel if needed).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years of overall experience in technical sales or account management in T&M, EDA, or semiconductors.
- Deep technical understanding of Protocols like Flash Memory, DDR, SSD, SD Card, eMMC, UFS, PCIe, etc.
- Proven track record in capital equipment or B2B technical product sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experienced in leveraging CRM platform to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.
