Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue by managing existing accounts and generating new leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, overseeing account management activities, prospecting and qualifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and fostering client relationships
- Proficiency in Account Management and developing long-term strategic partnerships
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in SaaS or EdTech industries is a plus
