At Lumos Learning, we are looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead our inbound and outbound marketing initiatives. You will be at the forefront of go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and brand messaging, playing a key role in driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product messaging that differentiates our offerings in the market.
  • Translate technical product details into clear, customer-centric benefits.
  • Conduct competitive research and maintain market intelligence to refine positioning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior product marketing managers.
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and other strategic campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to determine pricing strategies.
  • Create impactful product content such as case studies, videos, ad campaigns, website copy, and blog posts.
  • Optimize the buyer journey and drive feature adoption.
  • Manage the marketing budget and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, development, sales) to implement marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong background in market research, competitive analysis, and messaging strategy.
  • Experience in design and copywriting is a plus.
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends) and Google Ads.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous learning.
