Merchandiser / Brand Manager / Category Manager

In this role, youll be responsible for driving category growth and profitability through effective assortment planning, pricing, and promotional strategies. Manage Brand P&L, build strong Brand/Vendor Relationships, and lead onboarding Of New Brands. Oversee product lifecycle, ensure optimal inventory and merchandising execution, and collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations. Use data insights and market trends to deliver sales, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute category strategies aligned with overall business, goals and customer needs.
Define assortment strategies (breadth, depth, product mix) to maximize sales, profit, and customer experience.
Select and curate product ranges to meet customer demand and profitability targets.
Oversee product lifecycle management – from new product introduction to end-of-life decisions.
Build and strengthen relationships with luxury brand partners and suppliers
Oversee product lifecycle, from onboarding to sell-through
Leverage data insights to drive decisions and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences
Curate customer-centric assortments that reflect luxury trends and innovation
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or related industries
Graduate degree (Luxury Retail or Business specialization preferred)
Strong commercial and P&L management skills
Proven expertise in brand/vendor management and negotiation
Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
