- Budgeting: Manage administrative budgets, expenses, and resources
- Communication: Facilitate communication between departments, executives, and external stakeholders

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for administrative staff
- Problem-Solving: Resolve complex administrative issues and provide solutions

- Facilities Management: Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
