Interacts With: All Departments
Objective
To support day-to-day administrative operations and assist in ensuring smooth functioning of office and branch-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in booking travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, cabs, etc.) for employees.
- Coordinate with vendors for basic services like housekeeping, stationery, tea/coffee, courier, etc.
- Help maintain records of admin expenses and update MIS reports regularly.
- Support in processing vendor bills and follow up for payments.
- Assist in maintaining fixed asset records and tagging.
- Help with documentation related to licenses, agreements, and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Visit branches occasionally for basic checks and support (if required).
- Learn and support the procurement process for office supplies and services.

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work with multiple teams and vendors
