Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Operations located in Bengaluru. The Head of Sales Operations will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team, developing and implementing business plans, and driving process improvements. Daily tasks involve analyzing sales data, optimizing sales processes, and supporting the sales team with strategic planning. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Improvement
  • Skilled in Business Planning
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
