Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Gurgaon. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering property presentations, and providing tailored solutions to customers. Additional responsibilities include managing negotiations, understanding market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction,
This position involves on-ground fieldwork, managing real estate Channel Partners (CPs), and driving both client acquisition and client servicing. The candidate will be responsible for building strong CP relationships, activating new CPs, and ensuring consistent business generation. Monthly targets can include multiple packages as per business requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate markets, property trends, and client engagement
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively contribute to a team
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Proven track record in managing and closing sales deals in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
