Key Accountabilities Manage and monitor all activities relating to supplier contracts across the business divisions responsible for, from execution of contract to disengagement. Apply and trigger contractual clauses, when necessary, throughout the contract lifecycle. Work with the Service Managers across division to ensure service performance and quality meet expectations.

Where there is consistent poor performance or breach, work between Suppliers, Business and Strategic Sourcing to recommend remediations and treatment plans. Monitor and manage contract spend. Implement continuous improvement.

Work with the supplier to identify contract optimisation initiatives. Work in a cross-functional manner across sourcing and supplier management teams. Experience & Capabilities Requirements15 years of overall experience in related industry.

5 years of experience in any of the categories I.e IT Professional services OR IT Outsourcing OR Business process outsourcing OR Software as a service (SaaS) OR Infrastructure & Networks OR General Services.

Experience in Category Management, contract management experience & Supplier Relationship ManagementExperience managing high value and/or highly strategic enterprise suppliers. Contract Management – ability to manage multiple and/or large-scale contracts simultaneouslyStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Strategic mind set with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamicsStrategic individual with exceptional stakeholder engagement, critical thinking, communication and negotiation skills. Qualification RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualification in relevant business discipline is highly desirable.
