Role & responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard potential companies as clients and partners.
- Build and manage a sustainable business pipeline via different levers to drive revenue.
- Negotiating and closing deals on a daily basis.
- Lead strategic partnerships and execute programs across Asia.
- Curate and manage corporate sales strategies, revenue strategies, and ongoing client relationships.
- Oversee adoption of core products: B2B Learning Programs, Privileges Program, and community growth.
Preferred candidate profile
- Exceptional communication across the board-Verbal, written and body language. This is the #1 skill we need.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effectively communicate the status and progress of business development efforts to the org.
