Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard potential companies as clients and partners.
  • Build and manage a sustainable business pipeline via different levers to drive revenue.
  • Negotiating and closing deals on a daily basis.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and execute programs across Asia.
  • Curate and manage corporate sales strategies, revenue strategies, and ongoing client relationships.
  • Oversee adoption of core products: B2B Learning Programs, Privileges Program, and community growth.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Exceptional communication across the board-Verbal, written and body language. This is the #1 skill we need.
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effectively communicate the status and progress of business development efforts to the org.
