About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Success Specialist to ensure our clients and participants have a smooth, satisfying experience with our brand. You'll be the go-to person for onboarding, support, follow-ups, and retention — playing a key role in building loyalty and long-term engagement.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys helping others, has great communication skills, and is passionate about customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and onboard new clients, participants, or customers
- Guide them through the product/service/event process (registrations, access, next steps)
- Resolve queries and issues efficiently via phone, chat, or email
- Monitor customer activity and engagement post-sale or post-event
- Collect feedback and work with internal teams to improve experiences
- Maintain customer records, conversations, and status updates in CRM or database
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client success, or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Familiarity with tools like CRM software, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Docs
- A positive, solution-focused attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in events, SaaS, e-commerce, or service-based companies
- Fluency in multiple languages (regional or international)
- Comfortable with remote customer support (phone, chat, email)
