Backed by experienced investors and academic leaders, Studium is revolutionizing quality assurance in education.Learn more: OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Success Specialist ( Bangalore ) to manage client relationships and support new business development.70% Customer Success | 30% Business GrowthYou’ll be Studium’s key representative in Bangalore , working directly with top colleges and universities.This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-driven, and excited about shaping the future of higher education.Key Responsibilities Customer SuccessAct as the primary contact for all active clients in BangaloreConduct regular college visits to support adoption and implementation of Studium toolsHelp institutions interpret accreditation insights and use our apps (e.g., NIRF Analysis, Alumni Tracking, Smart OBE)Train faculty and administrators on product usageEnsure client satisfaction, timely resolution, and strategic follow-upBusiness DevelopmentSupport outreach to new institutions in the regionParticipate in early-stage meetings, demos, and presentationsRepresent Studium at academic events and networking forumsDomain EnablementUnderstand accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AACSB)Position Studium as a trusted domain expert, not just a software providerShare client feedback with internal teams for product improvementsCoordination & TrainingReport regional activities and insights to HQAttend one-time training and onboarding at Studium HQ in PuneRole is fully based in Bangalore with client-site travel as requiredIdeal Candidate ProfileMaster’s degree preferred (Education, Management, Policy, or related areas)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStreet-smart, proactive, and quick learnerExperience in client management, EdTech, SaaS, or higher education is a plusMust be based in Bangalore and willing to travel frequently within the regionWhat We OfferA mission-driven role at the forefront of higher education transformationOpportunity to work with top-tier institutions and leadersComprehensive onboarding and domain training at Pune HQExposure to product, strategy, and data teams in a fast-growing startupInterested?
