About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Project Executive to support the end-to-end execution of our product and client projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating between multiple teams in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning project timelines, sprints, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate between design, development, product, and QA teams.
  • Track day-to-day project progress and ensure milestones are met.
  • Project Planning and coordination

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Gather detailed requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as SRS, task briefs, meeting notes, and change logs.
  • Ensure the team has clarity on requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria.

Client Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during ongoing projects.
  • Share updates, collect feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle queries, escalations, and clarifications efficiently.

Task & Sprint Management

  • Manage tasks on project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.).
  • Support sprint planning sessions and monitor task completion.
  • Identify potential blockers and help teams resolve them.

Quality & Delivery

  • Assist QA and development teams in validating features before delivery.
  • Ensure releases meet quality standards and expected functionality.
  • Support deployment and release coordination.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
  • Present risks and dependencies proactively with mitigation suggestions.

Process Support & Improvement

  • Help streamline workflows and improve execution efficiency.
  • Ensure best practices in communication, documentation, and delivery are followed.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX workflows and product development is a plus.
  • Good analytical and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
