Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic real estate development team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing real estate construction projects.
  • Oversee site operations and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular cost reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot engineering issues, and propose solutions.
  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at project sites.
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Support project managers in resolving construction-related challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
