About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst & Writer to join our engineering team. This position focuses on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Telecom Power Systems, and electronic components, ensuring technical accuracy in documentation, product support and analytics. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer support teams to provide technical clarity, compliance clearance, and strategic documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions and create documentation such as system manuals, installation guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Technical Analytics: Analyze system performance data (BESS, telecom power systems), perform diagnostics, identify trends and support troubleshooting.
  • Technical Writing: Draft clear and comprehensive technical contentuser manuals, datasheets, whitepapers, field reports, and case studies.
  • Customer Clearance Support: Assist in validating technical compliance, onboarding materials, and client-specific documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and field teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Power Systems, or related stream.
  • Minimum 3+ years in technical writing, analytics, product support, or related role.
  • Optional (higher role): PMP, structured authoring (DITA) or technical documentation frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Familiarity with BESS components (inverters, rectifiers, battery packs), telecom power systems, UPS, converters.
  • Data analysis platforms: Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)MS Word, Google Docs.
  • Documentation tools: MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, Confluence, Visio.
  • Experience with SCADA/EMS systems and telecom infrastructure power standards.
  • Troubleshooting & failure analysis techniques RCA & FEMA
  • Knowledge of IEEE, IEC, UL, CE, NFPS standards.
