About the Role

Devant IT Solutions is seeking a Delivery Manager from a Digital Marketing background to manage and execute marketing projects effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player, and have the ability to divide and delegate tasks efficiently while ensuring timely and quality project delivery. Knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee delivery of digital marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Coordinate with design, content, SEO, and social media teams for smooth execution.
  • Assign, track, and manage tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Utilize AI Prompt Engineering tools to enhance marketing creatives, content, and workflows.
  • Track campaign metrics and prepare delivery and performance reports.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues affecting delivery timelines.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing).
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools for content or creative automation.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing projects efficiently.

Experience

  • 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing project delivery or campaign coordination.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.

Salary

  • As per industry standards (based on experience and skill set).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
