As the Regional Service Head, you'll lead the end-to-end post-sales service operations for Ola's 2Wheeler EV portfolio, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and seamless service network growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Service Operations Leadership: Oversee regional service centers, workshops, and mobile service units, ensuring high uptime, quality repairs, and compliance with Ola's service standards.
  • Customer Experience: Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) improvement by resolving escalations, reducing turnaround time (TAT), and implementing customer-centric initiatives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of service managers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Supply Chain & Spares: Optimize spare parts inventory, reduce warranty costs, and ensure 100% availability of critical components.
  • Process Innovation: Implement digital tools, predictive maintenance, and AI-driven diagnostics to enhance efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product, Quality, and Sales teams to relay field insights and improve vehicle reliability.

Ideal Candidate

  • 12+ years in automotive post-sales/service operations, with 3+ years in EV/2Wheeler segment (preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing large service networks (dealerships, ASCs, or OEM workshops).
  • Strong grasp of EV diagnostics, warranty management, and technical training.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in KPIs like MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), NPS, and Cost per Repair.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
