Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a motivated Business Development Sales Team Member to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

  • This role requires an individual who excels at building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing deals.

  • As part of the sales team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting Panacorp's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce Panacorp's services.

  • Develop leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales funnel.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.

  • Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.

  • Collaborate with team members to strategize on effective approaches for lead generation and deal closure.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and pipeline management.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to assist in product and service development.

Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor's degree; additional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.

  • Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferred but not - required).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
