We are looking for a motivated Business Development Sales Team Member to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
This role requires an individual who excels at building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing deals.
As part of the sales team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting Panacorp's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce Panacorp's services.
Develop leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales funnel.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with team members to strategize on effective approaches for lead generation and deal closure.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and pipeline management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to assist in product and service development.
Qualifications :
Any bachelor's degree; additional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferred but not - required).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
