We are looking for a Telesales Manager who can lead our telesales team, handle client calls, and achieve sales targets. The role involves training and guiding the team, planning strategies to improve sales, and ensuring good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and guide the telesales team to achieve targets.
Make and monitor sales calls to clients.
Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and sales.
Plan strategies to increase sales and reach new clients.
Handle customer issues and provide quick solutions.
Work closely with management to meet company goals.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in telesales/telecalling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong leadership and team management ability.
Knowledge of sales targets, reporting, and CRM tools.
