**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, pitch the service, demos, and closing the deal.
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services.
- Explaining about the company services to the potential customers.
- Develop relationships with customers and clients.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks to achieve sales objectives.
- A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and service offerings.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
