Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Tester, located in Nagercoil. The Software Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying software defects, and ensuring the quality and functionality of SurveyHeart's products. The primary duties include conducting thorough testing, analyzing results, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues and enhance application performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Test Execution and Software Testing
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Quality Assurance expertise
  • Experience in creating and managing Test Cases
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in SaaS products and survey tools is a plus
