Hiring: Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of B2B experience and a strong interest in IT sales and client management.

Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential B2B clients

Maintain relationships with existing clients and handle inquiries

Assist in lead generation and business growth strategies

Coordinate with the IT team to offer suitable solutions to clients

Prepare reports and track business development activities

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass qualification

1+ year experience in B2B sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Job Details:

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
