Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Revenue Achievement

Achieve monthly revenue targets equal to 30 times of monthly salary

(Example: ₹12 LPA salary → ₹1L/month salary → ₹30 Lacs monthly sales target)

Identify, approach, and close direct enterprise customers in assigned industries.

Ensure consistent business growth through solution-based and consultative selling.

Drive complete sales lifecycle — lead generation, demo, negotiation, closure, and recovery.

  1. Market & Territory Expansion

Develop regional sales strategy for targeted verticals — Education, Transport, Logistics, Waste

Management, and Mining.

Generate business through direct visits, client references, networking, exhibitions, and digital

outreach.

Build visibility and presence in the assigned territory through continuous client engagement.

  1. Enterprise Account Management

Maintain relationships with key accounts for retention and cross-selling.

Coordinate with technical, project, and service teams to ensure successful deployment.

Handle escalations, ensure customer satisfaction, and secure repeat business.

  1. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/ERP (TaskEye, ERPNext).

Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports with lead funnel, forecast, and achievement summary.

Report directly to the Business Head with complete transparency and accountability.

  1. Cross-Team Coordination

Collaborate with Marketing for campaign leads and regional promotions.

Work closely with Product and Support teams for demos, proposals, and deployment.

Assist HR and management with regional hiring referrals and feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
