Job Description:
  • ScholartudeTech is seeking a dynamic Category Manager to lead our courses and batch operations, ensuring students experience a structured and impactful learning journey.
  • In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end academic operations, mentor students for academic and career growth, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality education outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Course & Batch Operations: Plan and manage academic schedules, syllabi, and class timetables, ensuring each batch runs smoothly and on time.
  • Student Learning Support: Addresses students' academic doubts, provides clear explanations, and helps them strengthen their understanding of complex concepts.
  • Career & Content Guidance: Offer insights on advanced topics, mentor learners about career opportunities, and keep them motivated throughout their academic journey.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track student progress and results, and work closely with learners to help them achieve top performance and learning milestones.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty members, content teams, and operations staff to continuously improve course quality and enhance the student experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in education, online teaching, mentoring, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively mentor and engage students.
  • Strong background in career guidance, academic mentoring, and soft skills development.
  • Familiarity with online education platforms or EdTech operations is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple courses and batches efficiently.
