Job Description:

Skoolcom Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operator to manage and operate our School ERP software. The role involves handling student, teacher, and academic data, ensuring smooth daily operations within the ERP platform, and assisting schools in maintaining accurate digital records.

Key Responsibilities:


• Enter, update, and manage data within the School ERP system.


• Generate and verify reports related to attendance, fees, examinations, and other school modules.


• Coordinate with school staff to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.


• Provide basic operational support for software-related queries.


• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all school data.

Requirements:


• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, data entry).


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Prior experience with school software or ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory).
