Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with distribution and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, client relationship-building, and sales operations
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills for market research and sales data analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Experience in the building and construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
