Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Certification
Location: Bangalore
Purpose:
Responsible for sales and marketing of Certification (CER) products, mainly QHSE and related services, ensuring compliance with BV Quality Assurance Systems and Code of Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for all CER products including new, recertification, and training services.
- Develop quotes based on understanding of clients' certification needs and processes.
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
- Network with consultants to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare area-wise reports and support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with BV's HSE policies and promote safe work practices.
Performance KPIs:
- Achieve sales targets and budget.
- Increase proposals and diversify CER product sales.
- Retain existing clients and improve manday rates.
- Maintain timely and accurate CRM data (ARAMIS).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate (Engineering preferred); MBA (Marketing) desirable.
- 10+ years' experience in sales & marketing, ideally in a certification or related industry.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Positive attitude, result-oriented, and market-driven approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,400, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
