Your Day to Day

As a Cluster Reservation Associate, you will:

  • Handle guest reservations efficiently across multiple properties within the HIEX SAMHI portfolio.
  • Respond to reservation queries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maximize room sales by upselling and promoting special packages/offers.
  • Ensure accurate input of reservation details in the system (Oasis/CRS).
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize room availability and rate management.
  • Provide excellent guest service while maintaining IHG brand standards.
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly reservation reports for the Cluster Revenue Manager.
What We Need From You
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Customer Service will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and good telephone etiquette.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS/CRS (Opera or similar systems) is desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A guest-focused mindset with passion for delivering great service.
