Job Title: Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding
Location: Bangalore, India
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Industry: Freight Forwarding
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 09:30 am to 06:00 pm
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, particularly in the South India market, and will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry, focusing on Air & Sea products.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiations: Handle complex negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Expansion: Contribute to the expansion of the company's market share in the South India region.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry with a strong understanding of Air & Sea products.
- Skills: Proven track record in sales, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the South India freight forwarding market is essential.
