Roles and Responsibilities :

Candidate would be responsible for complete HR related activities.

He/She will also be responsible for supervising the Human Resources procedures as well as policies. In addition to this, candidate should be able to implement employee compensation and benefits programs.

Job Includes :

  • Recruitment and Employee Screening.
  • Onboarding and training
  • Administration of pay and benefits
  • Liaison between employees and employers
  • Performance Evaluation.
  • Employee Relations.
  • Enforcement of Disciplinary Actions
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
  • Overseeing the employee's termination process
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Organizing events and conferences for the employees.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

8+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, or a similar role in the Human Resources department. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with team.
