Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement scalable HR policies, frameworks, and processes.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals and future workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levelsfrom entry to leadership roles.
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs to build a motivated workforce.
- Design and execute strategies to reduce attrition and strengthen employer branding.
3. Performance Management & Development
- Establish a structured performance management system including goal-setting, feedback, and review mechanisms.
- Identify skill gaps and create learning and development opportunities for employees across functions.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture.
5. HR Operations & Reporting
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards (attrition, engagement, headcount, etc.) and present insights to leadership for decision-making.
What Youll Bring
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws in India.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to partner effectively with both leadership and employees.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and MS Office Suite.
