Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support across HR functions, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, handling benefits administration, and supporting training programs. Additional responsibilities include managing HR-related inquiries, updating HR systems, and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge of Training methods and techniques
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in an HR role is a plus
