Role Description

This is a remote Human Resources Intern role. As an intern, you will assist with daily HR functions including recruitment, policy implementation, and employee engagement. The role involves assisting in developing HR strategies, managing employee benefits, and supporting HR projects. This internship provides an opportunity to work closely with teams while gaining real-world experience in human resources.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Human Resources practices, including HR Management and Personnel Management
  • Knowledge of implementing HR Policies and guidelines
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits programs and related administrative processes
  • Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Passion for creating a positive organizational culture and promoting sustainability
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
