Role Overview
This is a 3-month, full-time on-site internship within the Human Resources Department at Hauz Khas, Delhi.

The intern will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support key functions of Talent Acquisition, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data.

The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple roles using various job portals and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external portals.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker to ensure candidate data accuracy.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-onboarding documentation.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and preparation of recruitment materials.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and operational support in daily recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
