Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Manager role located in Noida. The Business Manager will oversee daily business operations, develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational efficiency, and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, enhancing business processes, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. The role also involves managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and operational management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and reports
  • Experience in project management and process improvement
  • Knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions is a strong advantage
  • Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in industrial automation or related industries
