Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

  • Create and curate content for the company's website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Develop engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Write informative articles, blog posts, and updates relevant to IT staff augmentation.

Digital Marketing

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tools.
  • Manage and optimize the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

Market Research

  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitors.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to support marketing strategies.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning and promoting webinars, workshops, and marketing events.
  • Manage event logistics, prepare promotional content, and engage target audiences.

Sales Support

  • Work with the sales team to create marketing materials and sales presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with marketing and sales data.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels.
  • Support the development of brand guidelines and templates.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing calendars.
  • Organize and manage digital marketing assets and files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
